Hello my name is Joe McGrath Jr.  I have been majorly financially struggling and was wondering if there is any assistance or agencies that are able to help me with assistance with my bills.   I keep receiving phone calls from collection agencies for my past due balances on my student loans of $50,000, electric bill of past due balance of $300.00 and my income taxes for 2009.   I live on my own and make $20,000 a year.   I have been applying for better opportunities and assistance to help me have been told I make to much money.   I have been in contact with agencies and always trying to find information I can apply for assistance but have not found anything.   If there is anything you can do to help I would appreciate it.   Here is my contact information
